Responsibilities
– Analyze COGI clearing status using data to provide insight to decision-makers – Develop, manage, and maintain data, KPIs and processes for the logistics group and its partners, ensuring reliability, integrity, and accuracy of data – Support systems data analytics including: TMS (inbound materials and finished vehicles), SAP (Order Management, Inventory Management) and several In-house applications – Develop and enhance current processes, data pipelines and data visualizations based on user feedback and best practicesAutomate non-value-added tasks and data collection for dashboards in collaboration with IT – Create ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders to support strategic and tactical initiatives – Establish control processes and guidelines around ETL tasks, data maintenance and data visualization – Facilitate and coordinate logistics data integrity concerns and provide a regular communication link back to stakeholders |
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields preferred or three years of relevant experience
- Previous Inventory control experience requiredAutomotive experience required
- Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP knowledge required
- Intermediate or above knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
- Strong team orientation and cross functional attitude
- Knowledge of systems interface between Enterprise Resource Planning “ERP” and Manufacturing Execution Systems “MES” preferred
- Ability to create and present summary reports
