Responsibilities

– Analyze COGI clearing status using data to provide insight to decision-makers
– Develop, manage, and maintain data, KPIs and processes for the logistics group and its partners, ensuring reliability, integrity, and accuracy of data
– Support systems data analytics including: TMS (inbound materials and finished vehicles), SAP (Order Management, Inventory Management) and several In-house applications
– Develop and enhance current processes, data pipelines and data visualizations based on user feedback and best practicesAutomate non-value-added tasks and data collection for dashboards in collaboration with IT
– Create ad-hoc reports for various stakeholders to support strategic and tactical initiatives
– Establish control processes and guidelines around ETL tasks, data maintenance and data visualization
– Facilitate and coordinate logistics data integrity concerns and provide a regular communication link back to stakeholders 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields preferred or three years of relevant experience
  • Previous Inventory control experience requiredAutomotive experience required
  • Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP knowledge required
  • Intermediate or above knowledge in Excel, Word, Power point, and Outlook programs preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Strong team orientation and cross functional attitude
  • Knowledge of systems interface between Enterprise Resource Planning “ERP” and Manufacturing Execution Systems “MES” preferred
  • Ability to create and present summary reports
